I personally can't get used to the idea that people born in 1980 - just last week, when I was 28 - are themselves 28.

So cut it out, Jeannot! You're killing me!

Happy birthday, Jean!  I hope you got that stylish loose grey sweater you've always wanted!

Geez, I'm totally with you, Bill. That's right up there with "my daughter will be in college next year - oh wait, she's already taking college classes".

*sigh*

Happy birthday Jean!

LOL. For a few years I lived in Chapel Hill and was surrounded by 20-year old college girls.

I was 29 for like 3 consecutive years. :-)

Merci mes amis, Carlson, Albatrossity (Dave?), Louis, R-Bill, Doc Bill, J-dog, Bob, Lou, Khan, Jeffox, Steve and others.

Thank you, my friends. I am very touched.

I indeed got myself a cool sweater, but the picture Bob posted is a blatant fake. This is me at some international congress.

(ugh. I am a bit ugly in that picture. :o)

By the 01/28/09, I should be a doctor too. Wish me luck.

P.S. for Carlson: it is spelled "fromage".
