Back to the res: Like I said, it's a great idea.
I think PTET has a few of the categories we need. Personally I think that "Abject hypocrisy" needs to be there. You know, those people who deny the basics of modern biology and yet get their kids vaccinated and cry "Doctor" every time they stub a toe.
Intelligent Falling advocates who use planes could be another candidate. And don't tell me Intelligent Falling is a parody, I've read UD. ;-) (Or at least a thread about UD). Hell anyone that pulls relativist crapola to shore up their denial of reality falls into this category.
Too many categories would spoil the broth, so riffing on PTET's originals:

Minority Hating: (If you can't hate teh gayz, then you ain't a chrisjun)
Fake Qualifications: (Too fucking stupid to get a real degree? We've got just the thing...)
Ability to Form Logically Coherent Argument: (obviously getting the lowest possible score here is needed!)
Religious Fervour/Religiosity: (Because I've seen Jesus Camp and I know that spazzing about speaking garbage and fondling snakes makes god real)
General Kookery: (Kent Hovind again. Der Gubmint is out to get us, quick form a militia)
